These terms apply to this public website. They explain how visitors, families and school representatives may use its information and content. Separate terms may apply when you enter a school service, mobile application or another linked website.

The website describes Kidverse, shows examples of learning content and product screens, and provides ways to contact our team. Screens illustrate particular product versions; they do not by themselves define a school’s licence.

Learning levels and assessments describe the product’s educational approach. Placement and activity scores support teaching and should be considered alongside other relevant information. They are not a guarantee of a particular learning outcome or an external examination certificate.

Please confirm important requirements with us before relying on a feature for a purchase or school deployment.

Access to the student application, teacher dashboard and mobile services depends on the relevant account arrangements and service agreement. Schools should confirm the licensed users, content, platforms, support, access period and data-processing arrangements with us.

These website terms do not create a paid subscription, automatic renewal or cancellation fee. Fees, renewal rules, cancellation rights and service commitments must be set out in the applicable agreement before it is entered into.

A school agreement may contain additional service terms. These website terms do not displace its commitments or reduce mandatory rights. Children are not expected to negotiate a school’s commercial arrangements.

You may browse the website, follow its links, and save or print information for personal reference or internal evaluation of Kidverse. Keep ownership notices with copied material. You may save and share these policy documents for reference.

Stories, illustrations, videos, audio, software, logos and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing a sample does not grant permission to republish or sell it, distribute a collection, or use our branding to imply a partnership or endorsement. Classroom use and distribution of licensed content must follow the relevant licence.

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights and privacy. Do not seek unauthorised access, bypass account controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, impersonate another person or disclose information without authority.

Use a linked learning account or access code only when authorised. Parents and carers helping a child should follow the access arrangements agreed with the school or service provider.

Do not send passwords, access codes or children’s records in an initial enquiry. If support requires personal information, ask for the appropriate authorised process. We aim to keep the information useful and current. If you spot an error, contact us so it can be investigated. The website may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Contractual availability and support commitments belong in the relevant service agreement. Each party remains responsible for matters for which it is liable under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes consumer or other mandatory rights.

These terms take effect on 30 September 2026. Updates will show a revised date. A website update alone does not amend a school’s contract; changes to that service must follow its agreement.
